Xiamen New Flex Electronics Co., Ltd is the first professional manufacture of Flexible Printed Circuit Board in FuJian province which intergrates the R&D\manufacturing and selling of FPC together. It locates in Xiamen City, China. According to these advantages of FPC such as flexibility\high density of conductors \light weight \super thinness and easy assembly in hyperspace, it is applied extensively in computer peripheral\aerospace\tele-communication\medical instruments\automotives\cameras\optic-electrical devices\VCD\LCD and other verious consumer electronics products.
Xiamen New Flex Electronics Co., Ltd was established in the year 1998, with the registered capital of 12 million RMB and the total investment of over 80 million RMB now. The total factory areal is 24, 000 square meters, which include standard industry factory \the separated building for R&D\staff apartment and sports center. It is already being a member of CPCA(China Printed Circuit Association), as well as gets the honor of Xiamen Hi-Tech and Developing Middle -Size Enterprise.
We has professional FPC technical and management team with 60 members, and 500 skillful workers now. Production equipments are advanced and operate in steady and well performace state. Such as the CNC drilling machine with six axes purchased from Japan can drill minimum hole of 0.25mm with the tolerance of +/-0.05mm. The DES line can etch minimum conductor and space of 0.075mm. The outline steel die can keep outline dimension precision about 0.03mm. Relying on the mature technique and high efficient management team, we can realized the delivery of sample in 1~3 days and mass production in 3~5 days. We can produce single-sided\double-sided\dual access(bare back) \rigid-flex multilayer flex board in mass production in steady and excellent quality at competitive price with convenient service both pre and after sale.
It have passed the certification of ISO9001\ISO14001 and the standards of ISO/TS16949 and products get the UL certification and keep in accordance with the requirement of RoHS& WEEE for enviromental protection, pass SGS test.
